Clear Workspace managed the seamless relocation and clearance of marine insurance specialists 400-person office, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. The project covered the full relocation of all furniture and assets, along with the ethical clearance of the outgoing site. Aligned with the client’s sustainability goals, 90–95% of items were reused, diverting 23,644 kg of furniture from landfill. The project also returned a £16,430 asset rebate and delivered £5,201.68 in cost savings through responsible reuse and recycling.
