Clear Workspace has developed a strong working relationship with this client through a series of successful projects, the most recent of which has just reached its final phase. This complex and large-scale project focused on workspace transformation across multiple sites, with an emphasis on operational efficiency, sustainability, and minimal disruption to day-to-day business. In other words, we had the duty of a classic office relocation in London.

The Project

The latest phase involved the relocation of over 500 workstations, a task requiring careful coordination to ensure continuity for staff and departments. Alongside this, Clear Workspace managed the storage, delivery, and installation of 900 chairs, ensuring they were ready for immediate use upon arrival. As part of the clients sustainability goals, the project also included the buyback and removal of 700 existing chairs, enabling them to be reused or responsibly processed. In addition, Clear Workspace carried out a comprehensive deep clean of all retained furniture, extending its lifespan and ensuring a professional office furniture relocation across the new workspace environment.
