Over the course of the project, Clear Workspace carried out an office clearance service in London and processed 2,150 chairs, 3,150 desks, and 450 soft furnishings—diverting a staggering 203,050 kilograms of materials from landfill. The environmental impact was profound, with a total of 214,500 kgCO₂e in carbon savings achieved. Broken down, this included 112,250 kgCO₂e from chairs, 81,500 kgCO₂e from desks, and 20,750 kgCO₂e from soft furnishings. In addition to the environmental benefits, our client also received a significant financial rebate of £299,400, reflecting the value recovered from the cleared assets.
